Insurance
Services provided are covered by most insurance plans. For those who wish to
use insurance to pay for services, please check with your insurance provider
regarding coverage. Most insurance companies will reimburse a percentage of
the fees for an out-of-network provider. Payment for each session is
expected at the time of service. We will provide you with a receipt with
necessary information for your reimbursement by your insurance company.
Rates
If you are not covered by insurance or choose not to use your insurance,
services may be provided on an income contingent basis (Sliding Scale).
Payment is expected at the time of service and can be made by cash, check or
credit card (American Express, VISA, or Mastercard).
